Banana Chia Muffins

Banana Muffins are absolutely delicious and a quick way to get some fuel in the morning.

But, have you tried them with chia seeds?

Chia seeds are actually high and fiber. Fiber is a key ingredient in feeling full and preventing heart disease. It’s so easy to add to your recipes and it adds a nice texture to the muffins that I personally love.

If chia seeds aren’t your thing, no worries. Just don’t add them to the recipe and you’re good to go.

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas slightly green (makes them less sweet)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 stick of butter or 8 tablespoons
  • 1 spoonful of chia seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F
  2. Mush your bananas with a spoon.
  3. Next add the butter
  4. Then the add
  5. Mix the ingredients well
  6. Scoop out your ingredients and put them inside muffin pan
  7. Let them bake for about 15 minutes but keep your eye on them
