It’s been fun lately to make kid food that actually gets eaten… there’s only so many peanut butter sandwiches one mama can make before she rolls her eyes so far back in her head they come out her ears.
Pepper is on solids, and while she’s not wild about it, she does eat a little of what I give her most of the time. She’s never been overly interested, but she eats. I usually give her whole food to feed herself with as she seems to like that, but she’ll also have a few spoonfuls of stuff here and there as well. So I’ve dragged out some of the recipes I made for her sister (and never got around to blogging!) and they’re going down a treat. Like this cheesy pumpkin mix. Proof that Abby actually ate something other than yogurt at some point in her life:
Oh boy she was cute. All big eyes and fat lips. She still is so devastatingly adorable that I can’t talk about her too much or you’ll all fall alseep from sheer boredom. I try not to be “that” mum, but I could eat her cheeks every day for a week! wanna hear about it?!
Miss Pepper is thoroughly enjoying a bit of cheddar-pumpkin rice these days, and I hope your little guys do too
