Congratulations Karina!

Etsy Mother's Day Instagram

I think Mother’s Day is the perfect time for a handmade or vintage present. I mean, every occasion is perfect for those kinds of presents, but Mother’s Day seems extra-well suited, wouldn’t you say?

This year I’m partnering with Etsy to bring you a super-fun competition so you can win something special for your mama.

You can have a look at the wee post I wrote over on the Etsy Australia blog about my Mother’s Day memories, and you can find the links to the fun gift list I curated below:Veggie Mama etsy

I think my mum would get a kick out of a nice brew in this teacup, perched delicately on the vintage breakfast tray. Maybe a relaxing soak later on, lit by the light of a silvery moon. Better yet, lit by this skull candle holder. A beautiful old brooch on her dress and she’s fit for a lovely dinner I might treat her to. If she’s lucky.

And if I’m lucky, my girls will give me an offering of their own backyard creations. One can never have too many almost-dead flower heads.

If you’d like to win a $50 Etsy credit for your gift-giving pleasure, then you can enter by choosing an Etsy product you like and sharing a picture of it on social media with the hashtag #etsymothersday. Please also tag @veggie_mama, and @etsyau, and share a clever reason you’ve chosen the product.

You can share on Instagram (I am here), Facebook (follow me here), Twitter (here) and Pinterest (here).

I can’t wait to see what you choose!

T+C

Open to all residents of Australia who are 18+. Entrants may enter the competition by sharing a photo from Etsy.com as per the entry instructions. Photos must then be submitted during the Promotional Period (defined below) via the social media hashtag #etsymothersday and using @veggie_mama @etsyau . One entry will be accepted for each Photo Submission. Competition opens 30/04/2014 at 08:00 AEDT and closes on 08/05/2014 at 21:00 AEDT. 1 Winner will be judged at the Promoter’s Premises on 09/04/2014 from 11:00 AEDT. Prize pool is valued at up to $50. The Winner will be notified by email. The Promoter is Veggie Mama.

Modern baby bonnet. Too cute and perfect for a toddler with sun issues.
