This sounds lovely! I think the chickpeas, halloumi and feta will make it really filling too. I just added my recipe to the link up for a vegetable winter broth – also very hearty!

Yum, am trying to grow beetroot in the garden so as long as i don’t kill them I will have to try this when they grow up!
