That’s what’s going on

life-at-mine-candles life-at-mine-city life-at-mine-elizabeth-bennett life-at-mine-homemade-yogurt life-at-mine-lego life-at-mine-penis-microphone life-at-mine-sleep-coffee-table life-at-mine-sneaky-snacks life-at-mine-Spirit-of-Tasmania-planning life-at-mine-tiny-tootsies

I’ve got beeswax candles in the city, microphones that look like penises, sneaky chocolate chips, endless lego, adventures in yogurt-making, a kid who goes to the pool and comes back as Elizabeth Bennett, and another kid who falls asleep on coffee tables, and uses her feet as dolls. One foot is the baby, the other is the daddy. She makes them talk to each other.

I’ve also got Tasmania planning because I’m headed there TONIGHT. Excite!

What’s been happening at yours?

Feet as dolls! That’s genius! I’ve been fudge making, cookie baking, loving those purple spring blossoms (which begin with J) and loving my new tumble dryer sick. I never thought I’d see the day when I’d get excited about white goods, but that day has come! Enjoy Tassie! I can’t wait to read about your adventures!

haha you should have seen me the day I got my new washing machine. Never had a new washing machine in all my life! Three years later and it’s still gleaming, I take care of that thing like a fine wine 🙂

Enjoy Tasmania. Love all your photos. Tiny feet are just the cutest. I adore when I see my little one follow my big one which I’m sure also happens in your home. So blessed to have little people in our lives. 🙂

Oh my goodness, it is the cutest thing ever. They’re like a comedy act. The only time it isn’t cool is when I let the big one do something and then the little one wants to also and then its chaos

A mini-Bennett! Puppet feet! Delightful! A coffee-table nap? Why not? How did the yoghurt turn out?

At our place we’ve had a bit of a birthday season – my husband and dad (2 separate people!). We spent 2 nights in Leura (Blue Mtns) last week to celebrate… not relaxing, but change of scenery was very welcome!
I’m doing a two day first aid course this week through work, so, going forward, I’ll be able to flap around in a panic during an emergency in a qualified manner.

Have a brilliant time in Tassie! It holds a special place in my heart –
we spent three weeks there on our honeymoon (11 years ago!), and a week
on the east coast before number 1 son was born in 2010. Cannot wait to
    go back…

Biggie’s hair slays me! Oh the curls are just too much! Penis mic made me properly choke with laughter when I seen that pic- you can’t leave that just sitting around! It’d be dick jokes galore in my house if it was ( boys love that sort of thing because they are idiots!). And are you gonna pass on some deets for this yoghurt making shenanigans? I’m intrigued but not entirely convinced….

Life at mine looks like this-
a husband who flew back to work for a month ( not happy)
a ladybaby who is in some sort of sleep regression hell ( can I not catch a break?)
a teen & tween who are on end of school countdown. ( I can’t believe my kid is finishing primary school& the other one is heading into year 10!)
a toddler who is equally hilsrious & frustrating all day, every day
and me, wondering if I’ll ever start Christmas shopping, get a haircut & a brow wax or keep my house clean for more than 2.5 minutes a day?

And I’m completely jealous of your Tasmania jaunt. It’s on my MUST see/live places. Have the funnest time x
