So much drawing. Always with the drawing.
The planning. The packing. The planning to pack. The writing packing lists. The wonder of why I don’t just make a customisable one I update every time I need it.
I found a packing list from a few years ago. The first item was “breast pump”.
The scramble to fit in all the work I had to do pre-overseas meant I had to get creative with my time. I don’t normally work too much when the girls are around, but they took this situation pretty well. They mostly just play with each other, I’m almost obsolete. Until someone wants a sandwich. Or their butt wiped.
SO MANY CHEESY THINGS ON TOAST. So good.
This one was an attempt at a veggie version of tuna salad. Needs a bit of tweaking. Bloody good in itself though.
Cosy nights (I’m still winning at Trivial Pursuit, sorry Lunchbox).
Smith and Deli everything.
Home after all that gallivanting. With extra MLP shoes because awesome mum.
Home to my kitchen, where I whittled down my survivalist pantry so hard I needed two trips to Costco in two weeks. Headed there again when I get back from PBEVENT this weekend. Looking forward to seeing old friends, making new, and filling this head with knows.
What you been up to? Have a question you want me to ask Dooce?!
Just high five her from the collective “mummy bloggers”. Cheers.
I can’t wait for my mini one to get big enough so my two can occupy each other, for short spurts anyway. Your place is looking all cosy with those candles.
Oh wow I can’t believe how big the girls are getting and still as cute as ever. I suck at making lists to do things I always forget to refer back to it and 9 times out of 10 I’ll leave a shopping list home so I’ve just learnt to keep a mental track of things lol…..there’s been lots of smoothie making and total clean cooking going on here as well as planning for a much awaited trip to Melbourne yey!
