Baked brie with garlic and fig jam

An appetiser favourite!



  • 250g brie
  • 1 clove garlic
  • fig jam
  • bread and sliced apples, to serve.


  1. Place the (unwrapped) brie into an oven-safe ramekin
  2. Poke small holes in the top of the cheese with the point of a sharp knife and add a sliver of  garlic to each one.
  3. Cover with foil and bake at 200C for 20 minutes.


Feel free to change up the flavours – I also love honey and fresh thyme.
