Let me introduce you to The Organic Place (and give you a discount!)

The Organic Place: Organic Fruit and veg delivery to Melbourne's West

If I’ve been quiet over here in VMLand recently, it was partly due to me hanging out over at The Organic Place for a bit – some of the funnest and most delicious work I’ve ever had, for real. Nowadays I’ve got a regular blog post over there on a Thursday, with some get-you-out-of-your-veggie-rut recipe ideas. Because lord knows we all need those!

The Organic Place is a family owned business delivering super-fresh organic fruit, veg and assorted goods to the lucky folk of Melbourne’s west (check here to see if Brooke brings the bounty to your area!), and is the only organic delivery company to service some of those places over this side of town.

Brooke is 100% adorable and 100% determined to make good, healthy food available to everyone, and goes out of her way to make sure that she is making it as accessible as possible. She has three little ones herself and knows how important it is that people get affordable, nutritious food that’s value for money, delivered straight to your door without outrageous shipping fees.

The Organic Place has fabulous fruit, veg or mixed fruit and veg bags, as well as products for home cleaning, personal care, snack foods, pantry items, drinks, fermented foods, honey… whatever you want they have or are open to getting in for you. Oh and the BEST Zeally Bay Sourdough. It’s incredible.

Brooke has very generously offered a 20% discount on all orders over $40 with the code “veggiemama” at checkout. If you want the bread, you need to order by noon on Tuesdays. For all other orders, the cutoff is 8pm Tuesday. Go! Now! It’s good stuff. And if you’re not in Melbourne (sad!) you are more than welcome to pass the savings onto a friend.

I’m trying to eat healthier lately but haven’t tried organic yet. Baby steps! #LifeThisWeek

Sounds great! I try to eat reasonably healthy for the most part, but I don’t buy much organic produce if I’m honest

I’ve found that’s pretty common – I know the price can be an issue, and for people in some areas it’s just not available!
