September 17, 2015 by Stacey 14 Comments

On my last day I had two hours to spare before our ride to the airport. I grabbed my backpack and my camera and had a little peek around pretty Portland.

I’ve been wanting to go for a pretty long time; but sadly I still haven’t been. The architecture is what I would fall in love with!

I’d love to go to Portland in USA (had wondered if it was the one in Victoria) – have you seen Portlandia? Can’t think of Portland without it – and the veg food there sounds amazing – did you stop to eat there?

I went to Portland years ago in the eighties before it was cool, it was still beautiful but very wet. Now the sun probably always shines.

Hey Veggie Mama! I just found your blog via Jacquie at birdandfox.com.au. I love your shots of Portland…no, I’ve never been (never been to the USA at all! I know, crazy right?) but would love to visit one day. All I know about Portland comes from the show Portlandia and that’s probably not a very fair representation 🙂 Looking forward to following your blog!
